Outcomes of our programme so far

Our walking to wellbeing programme is already having great impacts on our participants. Based on questions asked prior to joining the walks and the information provided after joining the walks we have see the following benefits. 
 

I'Ve been feeling close to other people

Attendees found a 12.5% improvement in feeling closer to people. This is down to expanding opportunities to meet new people. 

I've Been Feeling relaxed

Attendees reported a 47.1% increase in feeling relaxed following the walking sessions. 

I've been feeling          optimistic about the future

A 23.5% improvement was found by attendees of the walking group
